Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. The service
Will It Flag? is a free tool that estimates, on your device, whether a photo might receive a sensitive media label on X (Twitter). By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Estimates only, no affiliation
Results are automated estimates and may be wrong. They are not legal advice and do not predict what X or any person will decide. Will It Flag? is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to X Corp.; "X" and "Twitter" are trademarks of X Corp. and are used only to describe the tool's purpose.
3. Acceptable use
Use the tool only with images you have the right to use. Don't use it with images that are illegal to possess or share, or to plan to share content that breaks X's rules or the law. Don't try to disrupt the site, its ads or other visitors, and don't use automated means to generate ad impressions or clicks.
4. Your content
Photos stay on your device and we receive no rights to them, because we never receive them.
5. Advertising
The site is supported by third-party advertising. Ads are provided by Google and other partners; we don't endorse advertised products. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use cookies and your choices.
6. Open-source components
The tool uses open models and libraries under their own licenses (see credits).
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including any label, restriction or reach change applied to your posts or account by any platform.
8. Changes and contact
We may change these terms or the service at any time; continued use means you accept the updated terms. Contact: contact@willitflag.com.
